3. The bottom layer of patches of roofing material is heated by a gas torch and, until it is cold, firmly pressed to the repaired surface.
4. From above, we cover the patch 2-3 times with lacquer or bitumen mastic to create a waterproofing layer.

Remember that the cost of major repairs with the complete dismantling of the old roofing material is much higher than the point of recovery. Therefore, you can not start the state of a soft roof, you need to seal up the gaps before the leaks.
