- Snow Barriers Snow-blocking fences work on a different principle, they are installed along the slope in the form of a small fence and stop the gathering of snow mass. - When designing the roof, the installation sites for the snow-blocking barriers are determined. Usually they are mounted along the eaves, above the roof windows. The first tier is placed above the bearing wall of the house so as not to increase the load on the overhangs. The following rows are located at a distance of 1.5-2 meters. Tubular, lamellar and lattice devices are mounted in rows, and angular and drag in a checkerboard pattern.
- During the roofing work in places where it is planned to install devices for snow retention, the crate is reinforced with boards of 50x150 mm. Some masters of these areas are additionally waterproofed to prevent leaks.
