The higher the complexity of the roof structure, the more different elements it includes. The classic double-slope roof consists of only two slopes, at the junction of which an external edge is formed - the ridge. Multiple options, having more than one ridge, form, in addition to external ones, also internal corners between planes, which are called endov. Many inexperienced builders wonder what the valley on the roof is and how to do it correctly. What is endova?

Endova is the name of the functional element of the roof, which is formed at the junction of two roof slopes of a complex, multi-tong structure.
