Прежде всего, хотелось бы отметить, что формы для литья изготавливаются из разных материалов, да и сам процесс изготовления заборных панелей происходит либо методом быстрого выброса, либо методом вибролитья. К тому же вам понадобятся не только матрицы для плит, но и для столбиков, а также жёсткие коробы для образцов из мягких материалов. Для производства применяется АБС пластик, стеклопластик, поливинилхлорид (PVC), полиуретан, полистирол и акрил (для столбиков также используется металл).

This method allows for one shift (approximately 8 hours) with just one mold to make about 20 cast specimens. The essence of the process is as follows: the form is installed on the vibrating table and concrete is loaded into it, and then vibration is activated.

Product reinforcement

When, during vibration, the solution fills the form somewhere up to half or slightly more, the product, as required by the instructions, must be reinforced, as shown in the photo above. In this case, two metal rods fit into the future panel, but more voluminous plates should be reinforced with a large amount of steel wire (see also Blocks for Fence — simplicity and originality).
After the reinforcement has been placed, the container is filled with the solution to the end, and all this happens when the table vibration is on. When the whole form is filled, it is slightly smoothed from the back side and removed with a spatula. When the back side is smooth - the product can be freed from plastic.
For this, the form is removed from the vibrating table and transferred to a drying rack, where it is placed vertically on its side. Then the cotton is turned over with concrete and gently released from the matrix, which can be immediately used for further production.

Council If you want to establish a non-stop production, then you should take care of the place to dry. This means that for each shift the required number of free racks must be provided.

Form for a concrete column

The columns are made in exactly the same way as the panels themselves, and the time for their production is spent almost the same, but of course there is less material. We should not forget that the racks will also be needed to dry the supports.

Пожалуй, цена на формы из PVC (см. фото вверху) и АБС пластика наиболее низкая, но это никак не умаляет качество самой матрицы и производимого в ней изделия. Плиты для заборов в таких формах производятся методом литья или заливки бетона (фиброцемента) в форму. Высыхание производится либо в сушильных камерах, либо естественным образом, но наименьший срок перед освобождением изделия от кожуха – одни сутки и более – всё зависит от температуры воздуха окружающей среды.

Such forms for casting can provide the display of almost any structure that is pleasing to the customer (see also the article Fence of concrete products: types, advantages, installation features). Most often, concrete panels are made under the decorative stone, which is perfectly combined with other building materials, such as brick, wood, metal and plastic. Considering the fact that for the CIS it is a relatively new type of production, not a very large number of people are employed in it, therefore, double-sided concrete fences at the moment can be a start with a good development perspective.
In order to decide which ones to acquire casting molds, you should think well and watch the video in this article, because the tastes of customers may change or correspond to a specific place of residence. When buying dies, it should also be noted that polyurethane is a relatively expensive material and its cost is made up of the weight of the product. But the double-sided panel itself also costs much more than the others, so all costs will pay off in the very near future.
