New materials - new opportunities, at least, it has always been like this. And it very rarely happens that one building material has only one purpose. The professional sheet was no exception, which is used with great success both for overlapping roofs, roofs of buildings, and for enclosing the territory. Its positive qualities are known even to schoolchildren, and fences made of corrugated board, even with imitation of wood, are no longer a rarity.

In this case, of course, it will be described how easy it is to make the socket holes for the beams of the future structure. We will not go into all the details of this method for the simple reason that we believe this type of foundation is simply unacceptable.

The fact is that the professional sheet has a unique windage, taking into account the strengthening of the winds in spring and autumn, the supports can simply be turned in different directions, and the whole web will be deformed, which will certainly lead to a violation of the aesthetic perception of such unfortunate transformers.

That's right, if you decide to make a foundation for a fence made of corrugated flooring with your own hands, then they can only be a tape analog:

And even here a fork is possible. There are prefab and cast designs. Therefore, in this case, we will go as follows: what is most acceptable will be considered in detail, and what is allowed, but more troublesome, is optional;
Let's start with the last - strip precast foundation. It is assembled from prefabricated blocks, which are reinforced concrete structures that can be installed not only with outside help, but also with the help of special equipment, i.e. cranes. According to calculated data, such beams will serve the owners for several decades, at least not less than 60;
We will also be interested in how to make a molded foundation for a fence made of corrugated flooring with your own hands. According to statistical calculations, this type of foundation will last at least twice as long as the previous one. For its production, in addition to the usual rubble, sifting, sand and cement, we will need metal for reinforcement and board for formwork. And that's what will not be superfluous is a concrete mixer.

Moreover, if you are not going to arrange capital construction of a multi-level house, bathhouse and sheds with a garage, where large volumes of preparation of working solutions are required in different proportions, it is better to rent a concrete mixer, otherwise buy it, after a while you will rent it.

Tip! Reinforcement of the foundation can be carried out not only with the help of metal, but also with the help of old slate, while fragments of slate can be laid out randomly - the structure will be stronger.

Stages of the big way

Installation with apparent simplicity should take into account many points to which we want to draw your attention. So:

First, it is necessary to conduct a small geological survey and clarify the proximity of groundwater, soil quality, its structure. And only after that you can mark the fence. Agree, it will be a shame to set the foundation, put funds into the fence, which can be washed away with spring water;
Next, you need to dig a ditch for the future foundation. It should be solid, run along the perimeter of the entire site, while the depth of the moat should be at least 40 cm and width 20 cm;

Note! There is an even simpler approach to marking: the width of the pit — the width of the spade bayonet, the depth of the pit — two lengths of the spade bayonet. At least, you do not have to climb with a tape measure over the pits.

Place under the poles are prepared separately. To do this, every 2.5 meters, it is necessary to prepare the drill with a drill or a spade at a depth of 40 cm, in the end you will get 80 cm from the ground level;
Next, the columns are driven into the prepared wells by another 20 cm, so that the meter will be underground, the supports themselves are interconnected in the ditch with metal, which will later be included in the reinforcement structure. At this stage, a single level of the frame of the future fence is checked;
We are preparing a reinforcement system. For this purpose, ribbed fittings, which are installed in a pair of quantities and are connected with each other by wire or by welding, as in the photo, are best suited;

And this option is most acceptable to you.

Next, formwork is installed. The height of the protruding part of the foundation may be different, sections may be separated from each other if the fence is installed on a section with a slope, but for orientation we call the figure 20 cm. It is this height that we suggest you build a concrete pad;
And now we fill the solution in the prepared places and wait for the whole structure to stand.

Finally

Of course, the price of such a fence will be decent, the fact is that the professional flooring itself has a cost + metal + cement + construction materials and consumables for fixing and it turns out to be a fairly weighty amount. But you have to live with it if you want to get a fence for at least one life. Note! Sheet corrugated, unfortunately, not perfect, he does not like deep scratches, which can lead to corrosion. In this case, you may want to replace it. There are many substitutes, but the basis is better to do once and for centuries.
