For every owner of a private house or dacha, the question of protecting your plot from outsiders is one of the most important. Someone wants to protect property from theft in his absence, and someone wants to separate from the dusty road, to hide his yard behind a high fence, so that no one bothers him to rest. There is a lot of materials to create a high and reliable fence for a short time, but today we will talk about the device of the fence from a professional sheet.

Regardless of the used columns, it is possible to divide the device of fences from a professional flooring into two types:

Mount at ground level. Economical and simpler option.
The skin is raised above the ground due to the foundation or brickwork. More beautiful, but cost-effective way. We will describe the process of creating just such a fence, since the technology of its construction is more difficult.

Necessary tools and materials

For work we need about the following set:

Shovel or hand drill for digging a trench;
Pegs, long rope, level, measuring tape and marking;
Materials for support columns: pipes or bricks;
Cement, sand, crushed stone and reinforcement for the foundation;
Boards and nails for creating formwork;
Cross pipes of rectangular section;
Welding machine or drill for mounting transverse.
Roofing screws or rivets for fastening the plating and screwdriver \ riveter, respectively;
Primer GF-021 and paint enamel for painting metal elements.

How to make a fence from a professional sheet? Read about this and more below.

First you need to make a markup of the territory. Mark the corner points of the plot and stretch the cord between them on the pegs. This is necessary in order to dig all the pits under the pillars on the same line. We also think in advance about the place of entry and the gate for the car.

The posts are recommended to be evenly spaced in steps of 2.5-3 meters. The less often they are installed, the stronger the fence will be. Also consider the length of the purchased professional sheets to maximize the use of the material. Determine the optimal distance of the spans and drive pegs into the place of installation of the pillars.

For reliable fastening, you need to dig a hole 30% deep from the length of the pole (1-1.5 meters will be enough). We fall asleep a layer of sand or gravel with a thickness of 10-20 cm and carefully tamp it down to create a pillow. As the supporting pillars, you can use metal pipes of round, square or rectangular section with a height of 2.5-3 meters.

Tip! To save on the construction of the fence, asbestos-cement pipes with a diameter of 100 mm can be used for support posts. From one pipe 3.95 meters long, you can get 2 columns. Price 1 column will be about 150-200 rubles. However, this material has an increased brittleness, so it is suitable only for use in the country.

The next step is the installation of formwork for concreting the side. Its width depends on the selected columns, on average 15-20 cm will be enough.

According to the previously made markup, we install the pillars inside the formwork. First, install the pillars along the edges and pull the rope along their top. Then install the remaining columns.

At the same time it is necessary to ensure that they are located in the center of the formwork below, and were at the level of the rope above. Each pillar is leveled exactly on the level and filled with concrete. We expect several days before it is completely frozen.

Then it is possible to weld horizontal strips for installation of professional sheets to the posts. For this, you can use profile pipes 20 * 40. The lower bracket is fixed at a height of 20-25 cm from the base, and the upper one at a height of 150-170 cm.

Tip! If it is not possible to use welding, the cross member can be fixed to long bolts by drilling through the posts.

It remains the final touch - to fix the trim. Mounting corrugated fence on the fence as follows:

We fasten the profiled sheets to the crossbars in a vertical position. As fasteners, use roofing screws, their color can be matched to the color of the skin. Sheets can be mounted both close to the ground and with a span of up to 15 cm.
If there is a slope on the land relief, then it is compensated by the foundation. If you do the installation without a foundation, the horizontal logs are fastened parallel to the ground, and the sheets are screwed exactly in level. Brick bricks

This type of fence will be mounted on posts, which we will make with our own hands from bricks. Of course, it will be more expensive, but it will be more practical and more beautiful.

As in the first embodiment, we make the markup and create a formwork for the foundation. Unlike the case described above, installation of reinforcement in concrete is required, as the weight of the brick is considerable, and with time the foundation may crack. In places where it is planned to lay the posts, we release the reinforcement upwards, then it will serve as a frame, which you will overlay with bricks.
We lay out the pillars and lintels between them. The most optimal way to make columns with a width of 1.5 bricks. Do not forget to leave the metal mortgage at the place of attachment of transverse slats. When laying, we control the verticality from all sides using a level.

Then we weld the horizontal guides to the embedded corners. So that they do not rust, it is better to immediately paint them before installing the plating.
Then we attach profiled sheets to roofing screws or rivets.
To give a finished look to our fence and protect it from moisture, we put decorative covers on top.
