• Construction norms and rules SNiP 35-01-2001 “Accessibility of buildings and structures for people with limited mobility. General provisions. Standards are valid from September 2001.
• GOST 51630-2000 “Lifting platforms with vertical and inclined movement for disabled people. Technical Requirements Accessibility. The standard is valid from July 2000.
• PB 10-403-01 “Rules for the Construction and Safe Operation of Lifting Platforms for Persons with Disabilities”. The regulations are valid from November 2001.

1. horizontal driveway, which must necessarily settle down at the beginning of the construction;

They regulate the following design parameters:

1. Material.

• for areas with one-way traffic, the width of the web must exceed one meter;
