1. We make two horizontal bearing strips one meter wide from a bar.
2. We cut two boards of 60 cm each and fasten them along the edges of the bearing bars (perpendicular to the bars) so that there is a distance of 30 cm between the bars.
3. Cut into pieces of boards of 50 centimeters and fasten them to the supporting strips between the 60-centimeter boards. In this case, you need to focus on the upper level of the extreme boards.

And it remains to make the "legs" design. This is done from pieces of the board of 25-30 centimeters, which are perpendicularly screwed to the bottom of the two extreme boards. It turns out a kind of "heel" on which the product will stand.
