Technological procedure for assembling PVC doors

The process of assembling windows and doors from the PVC profile is in many respects identical, but the doors still have some special features.

In general, the assembly looks like this:

  • First, cut to size metal and plastic length gauges. By the way, the door profile is different from the profile of the window section. With external opening, it has a T-shape, and with internal opening it is of the form Z. This nuance must be indicated in the order.

  • If the door is with a threshold, in the next stage it is collected. The threshold is cut to size, install a gasket on it, then a connector. Now in the casement door, they install the impost, and put a seal on the threshold.
  • Next comes the time of attachment to the canvas loop, which is carried out using a template. Loops regulate, establish the handle or the lock, fix a reciprocal level on a frame. It remains only to install the glass, and the door is ready for delivery to the customer.

Making sure that all the accessories function normally, the knobs, the pressure headset and the lock cylinder are removed. This is necessary to avoid damage in transit.
