Moreover, they are all different from different domestic manufacturers and foreign suppliers. It seems that a person writes an article on the topic, a gate and a gate made of corrugated flooring with his own hands, and at the same time he has never seen profiled flooring.

It is possible that there are several dozen types of profile. Each view has its own original arrangement of ridges and valleys.

So:

• It would be convenient to cut the width pattern of the gate opening from an unnecessary board.
• It is best to concrete both pillars at once.
• If there is a welding machine, then we weld the reinforcement to the underground part of the pillars.
• You can grab fittings and a couple of places aboveground parts.
• We install in the prepared ditch.
• Fill the concrete.
• As a template, you can use the frame of the gate. In this case, we add a board with a thickness of 20 mm to it and fasten it with wire to the posts. But splashes of concrete can stain the surface.

Frame welding

Not every man knows the art of welding. If you have never studied this, it is better to entrust the work to a professional. But you can check the professional.

The profiled sheet is relatively light, so the gate will also be light. As the material of the frame, you can use a steel pipe of rectangular section 40? 25 or 50? 25, with a wall thickness of 2 mm and above.

1. Now professionals have a lot of tools., including band or circular saw blades for metal with swivel head. Therefore, it is better to cut the frame piping by a mustache, that is, 45 °. It looks more beautiful and will not allow water to get inside.
2. We put the details of the strapping and cross member on the welding table, fastened with clamps to the table.

7. Boil the seams.
8. Let cool.
9. Remove clamps and turn the frame. On the other side again fasten clamps.

It should turn out like this:

• Optionally, you can also weld the kerchiefs in the corners, the plate for installing the lock and strut. But it is quite possible not to do this.
• If the parts are rusty, then you first need to clean the rust and degrease the weld.

Pay attention: If it is necessary to weld under construction conditions, then as a mounting (welding) table, you can use pieces of heavy steel channel or I-beam, for example No. 24.

These beams must be installed on the ground or on the floor strictly horizontally and fix the parts to be welded to them with clamps. If the beams are installed unevenly, then the frame will be a curve (propeller).

Fixing profiled sheet

Brigades of builders and construction organizations love to fix corrugated screws with self-tapping screws.

• Often use screws with a drilling head.
• For builders it is very convenient and fast.
• Screws paid by the customer.
• Spend little time.

Money received and left for the next object. And you have problems. Any attacker calmly with a wrench or pliers unscrew the screws and penetrate the site.

There are cases, especially in winter, when there are few people at the sites. Only scissors on metal or jigsaw. In those places where you can touch with your hand, for example, in the casing of the gate, it is better to pass the cut edge with a fine sandpaper to remove the burrs.
