• We cut material in the necessary size;
• Now we need to cut and insulation. We do it in size too;

Attention: Some people want to make more warming and therefore they directly press insulation under the upholstery fabric. This can not be done. The deformation disrupts the structure of the insulation and then it cannot perform its functions. It should lie tightly, but not deform.

• The gap in the door just need to putty putty on wood. We are waiting for complete drying;
• Apply to the canvas adhesive base and glue insulation. We do this so that in the process of time it does not subside and performs its functions;

• We overlay and glue insulation;

Not enough insulation inside the canvas

• Remove the canvas and disconnect the locks and decorative ornaments. In general, everything that can interfere;
• Remove the canvas top and after that we cut a heater in the necessary size;
• Apply an adhesive base and then fix the insulation;
• We carry out fastening of the finishing panel into place.

Attention: When purchasing an iron door, immediately make sure that it can be disassembled. Many Chinese manufacturers make doors that you cannot do. This is especially observed in cheap models. In this case, you risk just throwing it away. And this is not only for insulation. Even if the lock breaks, you will not be able to insert another.

Tips

To avoid the freezing of the door and, accordingly, from the extra work when installing the door, you should do the following main points:

• Qualitatively prepare the base and fix the insulation. You should always securely insulate the box, if you see through it, then the insulated door will not save you. Warming should not be done with foam, although the masters mostly use it. It is rather simple to do and does not require skill and does not incur large expenses. The pen will just die out and will not last long. Use mineral insulation. Synthetics will even be better, it does not decompose millet and does not settle;
• Watch for a good fit of the canvas to the box. It is quite difficult to make a flat plane. This is especially true of wooden structures. To avoid this, it is best to use seals that are commercially available;

Caution: Do not try to stick in cheap foam seals. They will not save you. It is better to use hollow rubber. Their price is not much higher, but they will last a long time.
