Preparation of the solution

The preparation of concrete is an important step, since it determines the strength and durability of the product, as well as many of its other characteristics. This procedure will require the following materials:

But, since in our case the process will occur without any electric vibrators, you need to use a plasticizer that will improve the properties of concrete. The process of making concrete is as follows:

• First of all, it is necessary to mix sand and cement.
• Then in the dry mixture, you need to add water, while also added to the composition of the plasticizer.

• If the filling was carried out in hot weather, the form should be covered with a wet burlap and moistened periodically.
• At optimum humidity and air temperature, the formwork can be disassembled after 3-4 days according to the scheme described above. At the same time, the ring cannot be moved or rolled over, since the concrete has not yet gained sufficient strength to withstand even minimal loads.
• Over the next 7 days, the concrete must also be periodically moistened.
• After 10 days, the product can be moved. It is desirable to operate the ring after a full set of strength, which occurs no earlier than after 28 days.

Tip! The arrangement of wells may require machining of the rings, in which case diamond tools are used. For example, for drilling pipes, diamond drilling of holes in concrete is performed. If it is necessary to install the structure flush with the ground, the reinforced concrete is cut with diamond circles.
