So, how much does a house cost to build - a house from a timber with a foundation, roof, decoration and communications? I would like to immediately note that the installation of the box itself, that is, the foundation, walls and roof is only part of the construction, and communications and decoration of the building make up the lion's share of all expenses.

But the cost of interior decoration and communications systems often depend on the whims of the homeowner, so we pay attention to the foundation, walls and roof (read also the article Calculation of building a house from a bar: features and steps).

Foundation

For wooden houses, three types of foundation are mainly used - pile, columnar and tape, but each of these options is divided into several types, so we briefly mention them. In this case, the pile foundation can be either screw or bored (photos of both variants are shown above and below).

If the screw pile is simply screwed into the ground, then for the bored one it is necessary to carry out preliminary drilling (pioneer well) manually, with a motor-drill or a tractor.

To calculate the pile foundation you need the price of one pile and the plan of the house. You can determine the number of piles as follows: you will need to install one piece at each corner and the intersection of the walls, and in the intervals, depending on the weight of the higher structure, calculate them in 2-2.5 m.

Rostverk (metal or wooden) is calculated by the footage indicated on the drawing of the first floor of the building.

To calculate the columnar foundation, the instruction is exactly the same as for the pile foundation - the number of pillars and piles is determined according to the same principle. The difference is only in the cost of one supporting unit - brick or masonry, as well as ready-made reinforced concrete slabs can be used as pillars.

Now let's see how much it will cost to build a house from a bar with a strip foundation, which can be buried and low-buried, monolithic and prefabricated.

To calculate the materials for assembling or pouring the tape, you need to calculate its volume, so, again, use the floor plan of the building, which determines the total footage of the trenches. In this case, you need to take into account not only the depth of the foundation, but also the part that will be above the ground as a base.

You will determine the width of the trench yourself, since you will still dig it yourself, although it is usually made 40 cm for such buildings. Now you need to calculate the tape volume - for this purpose, multiply the total length of the trenches by the width and height (depth with the base).

For a monolithic belt, you will also need reinforcement, which you will calculate by running meters of the trench, and to calculate the concrete you can use the table above.

Council For the construction of wooden houses, the recessed foundation is used only for heaving soils, but this does not mean that it can be made 30-35 cm deep, as is often found in the private sector. Such small tapes, as a rule, are quickly washed out and become useless, therefore, it is better to lower shallow bases at least 50-60 cm below the ground level.

Walls

If we talk about how much it costs to build a house from a timber with a roof, but without a foundation for an order, then, depending on its design, contractors take on average from 9,000 to 10,000 rubles per square meter. A set of materials from the Russian or Chinese manufacturer under the five-wall house 120m² with a gable roof (without a foundation) it will cost you about 2,800,000-2,900,000 rubles, and if they make it turnkey, it will cost about 4,400,000-4,500,000 rubles.
European-made materials, of course, will cost a little more, and you can safely throw about 100 thousand rubles for the total cost - you can’t go wrong. Even more will have to pay for a complex project, that is, if it is equipped with bay windows and / or turrets, but in this case the question of how much it costs to build a house from a bar can only be answered by a contractor. In addition, the prices for construction works largely depend on the region of the country and they are highest in Moscow, while in the outback they decrease by 10-15%.

Of course, you will be interested in the specific cost of the material specifically for your project, therefore, first of all, you will have to find out how much a timber costs for building a house, because its price will depend not only on the manufacturer, but also on the parameters of the profile itself.

Here you will need the area of the proposed walls, which you can determine by multiplying the height by the width. Do not be afraid to dock the material - the quality will not suffer from this. In any case, the installation is done quickly enough, so the question of whether to build a house from a bar, the answer will be unequivocal - of course, worth it.

Roof

More complex work needs to be done for the arrangement of the roof (compared to the foundation and walls), but it is possible to calculate the cost of materials, you only need to know their retail price in pieces or cubic meters (square).

Стоимость таких балок будет зависеть от их количества и длины – не забывайте о том, что их нужно будет делать на 50-80 см длиннее. Шаг будет зависеть, как от сечения балок, так и от высоты крыши, например, для низкой (1,5м под коньком) крыши стропила сечением 200×50 мм можно устанавливать через метр друг от друга. При увеличении высоты шаг уменьшается и в некоторых случаях, когда обустраивается мансарда, он сокращается до 50 см.

The number of these auxiliary elements mainly (except for boards on the batten) depends on the step of the rafter legs, therefore, having determined this distance and height, you will be able to calculate the cost of all the lumber for the roof.
After that, you will only have to calculate the cost of the roofing material, and you can do it by the area of each slope, if you know the step and height of the rafter. In exactly the same way you can calculate how much an extension to a house from a bar costs, because, in fact, the work and materials remain the same.

Conclusion

Somewhat differently, it is necessary to calculate how much it costs to build a bath from a bar, since there is a need for a furnace, and this, together with brick and metal, can make up almost half the cost of a box of the whole structure.
