Предположим, что ширина ленты у нас будет 0,4м, глубина от поверхности грунта – 0,5м, а верхняя часть (цоколь) – 0,4м, значит, в итоге мы получим сечение 0,4×0,9м, а общую длину мы сейчас узнаем. Не забываем также о том, что для монолита нужен арматурный каркас, который тоже будет участвовать в расчётах.

The calculation is performed in the same way: 58.5 * 0.4 * 0.2 = 4.68 m3 sand or rubble.

  • For arranging the framework with our own hands, we will need 4 (four) longitudinal supporting rods of corrugated reinforcement with a cross section of 12 mm and for the connecting ring vertically - 2 pieces of smooth reinforcement 0.7 m and horizontal - 2 pieces 0.25 m (section of the rod for the ring - 8 or 10 mm). The distance between the rings is 0.5m, the joints are made with soft steel wire.
  • So, we consider longitudinal reinforcement: 58.5 * 4 = 234m, but we have two tapes of more than 6m (rod length), which means we need to add a meter to each joint for a tire, which means 234 + 8 = 242 m of total length. And if this is translated into rods, we get 242/6 = 40.3 or 41 pieces.
  • Now let's calculate the rings: 58.5 / 0.5 = 117 plus one per edge, total, 118 pieces. Each ring has 0.7 * 2 + 0.25 * 2 = 1.9 m. Then 118 * 1.9 = 224.2 m, and in rods it will be 224.2 / 6 = 37.4 or 38 pieces. Knitting wire can be purchased only in coils, so it does not make sense to count its metric area, but just in case you can adopt, that about 0.5 m is spent on one joint.

  • Для начала устанавливают оклад и если делать его из такого же материала, то нам понадобится для него 9+7+5,5*2+3,5+1,5+5,5+4+3,5*2+3+2=53,5 м бруса сечением 200×200 мм (террасу не учитываем). На него устанавливаете лаги, чаще всего они в таких случаях бывают сечением 150×50 мм или 200×50 мм – их мы считать не будем, так как это уже пол. Теперь нам нужна смета дома из бруса по несущим стенам и давайте возьмём для подсчётов их высоту в 2,8м (можете подставить другие цифры).
  • Несущих стен у нас 9+7+5,5*2+3,5+1,5=32 м, а для заданной высоты нам понадобится 2,8/0,2=14 рядов. В таком случае, 32*14=448м бруса сечением 200×200 мм. Если цена древесины такого рода у вас определяется в кубометрах, то для этого можно легко узнать его объём: 448*0,2*0,2=17,92м3.

  • Теперь давайте сосчитаем количество дерева для перегородок, учитывая, что у них одинаковая высота с несущими стенами, но вычеты для дверных и оконных проёмов при этом делать не будем – нет смысла. Всего перегородок получится 5,5+4+3,5*2+3+2=21,5м, но здесь сечение уже 100×100 мм, тогда понадобится 28 рядов: 21,5*28=602м бруса сечением 100×100 мм, но если перевести это в кубы, то мы получим 602*0,1*0,1=6,02м3. We will not list all types of roofs, but consider a simple gable option that is suitable for this project of a log house or cottage, although here it is quite possible to equip the attic. The distance between the rafters here is determined by the height of the ridge and the higher it is, the smaller the step, which can be from 0.4 to 1.0 m, as required by the instruction.
  • If there is no attic, then in this case it is possible to make a height of 1.5 m, therefore, the rafter legs will be exactly like that, and the step here will be 0.7 or 0.8 m. For rafters and racks in such cases use a 150X50 mm profile, and here for struts, you can use the bar to 100 mm. You can use an unedged board with a thickness of 20-25 mm for sheathing a skeleton from a timber - this will be somewhat cheaper than edged.

Council Under the roofing material (usually a sheeting or metal tile, less often - slate), put a roofing material. Estimated at the same time will not increase much, but the benefits will be undoubted - it will reduce noise during the rain (blows drops on the roof) and will serve as a heat insulator.
