Homemade vibrator for concrete
The industry today is ready to offer customers a variety of types of equipment for sealing solution. But, it can be made independently, and for this there are several ways.
We use household puncher
- You will need equipment with a capacity of 1.5 kW. The whole process will occur in the "hammer" mode, so switch the punch in advance.
- The attachment can be the one that comes with the peak, which you will need to rest on the formwork.
Tip: use a greasy puck to achieve a good connection between the peak and the formwork.

- Slip a sturdy sleeve onto the second end of the rod, ensuring full protection of the rotational path.

- Put the tube on the shaft so that there are 40-50 mm left on both sides. During rotation, the rod will provide vibration, which is required from the equipment.
- On one side, fit it onto the previously prepared sleeve, then press it into the hole made in our core and connect them together.
- When installing the bushing, press it against the bearing, hiding the connection securely.

- Pull the hose over the sleeve and secure it with a hose clamp, create a protective cover for the tip.
