Preparation of the solution

First, we will tell you how to prepare a very durable solution. For best results, purchase a cement brand of at least 400.

  • Concrete mixer. If we are talking about large volumes, it is better to purchase a special device. If not, then a few shovels and a sheet of metal on which the solution will be mixed by hand will suffice.
  • Forms for rings.
  • Vibrator installation.
  • Devices for lifting rings, because they have an impressive weight (even the smallest).
  • Reinforced frame.

Recommendations for making the form

You can buy blanks of any size. However, if your budget is strictly limited, you can make them yourself.

To do this, you can use various materials at hand:

  • Two barrels of suitable diameters (so that one was 8–12 cm larger than the other). They will need to be interconnected. Also in the course you can put old air ducts or pipes.

Tip: You can use plastic parts. If we are talking about a small well, then this option is even better, because PVC is lightweight and easy to work with.

Main scope of work

Before you start pouring, you should remember all the requirements for this procedure:

  1. The temperature should be between 8 and 20 degrees.
  2. Humidity is not higher than 60%.
  3. For cement, direct exposure to sunlight is detrimental. Therefore, when working in the heat should cover the product with something.

If all requirements are met, you can proceed directly to the fill.

We do it in the following sequence:

  • When the mixture is thoroughly mixed, it must be gradually added to the form. This should be done gradually, in layers of 15-20 cm. The bay of the first layer must be carefully sealed with a metal rod.

Note! Without such a procedure, the product will not be durable. You can use other tools - shovels, hoes, etc.

  • This method is necessary to fill the workpiece in half. After that it is required to remove wooden struts. (See also the article Putty for concrete: how to do.)
Experts recommend waterproofing such products.
  • Next you need to fill in the form completely. After which you will need to level the entire solution. The surface should be perfectly smooth, because it will be docking. Remember this.
  • To achieve maximum compaction, a construction vibrator is used. It allows you to fill all the voids, giving the structure a special strength. If necessary, add a solution.
  • Now you need to close the workpiece to ensure tightness and protect it from ultraviolet radiation.
  • After waiting for three or four days, you can disassemble the form. However, if the humidity and temperature indicators are in perfect condition, then this can be done much faster.
  • This billet cannot be moved, because the mixture has not yet gained proper resistance. It is necessary to water it with water for 6–7 days. After this period, it will be ready for transport and installation.
  • Diamond drilling holes in the concrete will lead to the wells of the pipe. This technology makes it possible to make a hole of any thickness very quickly and without the risk of cracking.
